You will provide personalized makeup and skincare consultations, guiding clients in discovering the best products for their individual needs. And also manage your shop and staffs with a shop manager. Key Responsibilities: -Engage with customers to provide expert product recommendations -Conduct professional makeup and skincare consultations -Oversee store operations, including sales management and stock control -Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail environment -Manage staffs working skills and results and Encourage them to achieve the target.
