工作職責

The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Security Guard to support the daily operation of the Security & Safety team. 淺水灣影灣園誠聘保安員，以配合保安及安全部的日常運作。 Candidate without relevant experience is also welcome. 歡迎沒有相關經驗的應徵者。 Great opportunity to work with a wonderful team and develop your career in properties and clubs. 與優秀團隊合作的良好機會並能夠在物業和會所發展你的事業。 Competitive package and good career development opportunities. 具競爭力的薪酬福利和良好發展機會。 Key Accountabilities 主要職責 Conduct regular patrols in line with the established procedures. 根據政策和程序，實施焦點性的巡邏。 Deduct and report all safety threats and hazards with the complex. 減少和報告所有於影灣園內安全威脅和風險。 Monitor and control all pedestrian access into the private residential complex. 留意所有進入影灣園範圍的人士。 Carry out all instructions and assignments from Security Control. 執行所有控制室指派的工作。 Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the tenants and residents. 維繫良好的租客 / 住客關係。 General requirements 職位要求 Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit. 持有有效保安人員許可證。 Working experience in hotel or serviced apartment is preferable. 具有酒店及服務式住宅相關工作經驗為佳。 Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and good command of spoken English is preferable. 能操流利廣東話及一般英語會話為佳。 9 hours work per day, 24 hours shift duty is required. 二十四小時輪更制，每天9小時工作。 We are delighted to receive your resume for further consideration and will communicate directly with suitable qualified applicants.
