Job Summary As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will engage with potential and existing customers through phone calls and social media, ensuring they have a positive experience with our services. Additionally, you will help maintain the school premises, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Boosting: -Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective students and parents to promote our music education programs. Utilize social media platforms to engage with the community, share promotions, and respond to inquiries. -Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns. 2.Customer Service: -Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering guidance on our programs. -Maintain a positive relationship with current students and their families, ensuring their needs are met. -Gather feedback from customers to improve services and enhance overall satisfaction. 3.Upkeep of School Premises: -Ensure the school premises are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. -Manage and update decorations and displays to reflect current promotions and events. -Conduct regular checks on hygiene standards to create a safe and welcoming environment. Qualifications -High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus; or related job experienve of at least 3 years. -Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in an educational or arts-related environment. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Proficiency in social media platforms and basic computer applications. -Self-driven and prompt in task completion. -Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule. -Independant problem-solving skills.
