工作職責
Job Responsibilities - Provide clerical and administrative support to sales team, include but not limited to arrange store suppliers, cleaning services, new store opening and shop renovation etc. - Assist Retail Manager on preparing work rosters, reviewing and updating commission & incentive scheme, and issue the operation memorandum for stores. - Maintain the data update of procurement process, and work closely with Merchandising and Supply Chain on delivery arrangements, including monitor delivery schedule, stock balance, stock allocation and invoices follow-up. - Assist with reports and other ad hoc duties as and when necessary Identify areas of improvement to support operational efficiencies - Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications - Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or Degree holder with at least 1 year’s work experience. Experience in retail industry is favorable. - Detail-minded and customer-oriented. - Good communication skills, self-motivated and willing to learn. - Knowledge of Microsoft including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing. - Good interpersonal & communication skills. - Good command in both English and Chinese including Mandarin.
