Job description: -Assist the manager in directing and supervising all ---subordinates and assume the responsibilities and duties in the absence of manager -Ensure that the restaurant is in a proper order before opening the restaurant. While closing the restaurant, all closing procedures must be completed and double-checked -Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and connection with accounting section for outstanding bills settlement Familiar with restaurant's promotions, menu, pricing and activities related to the restaurant -Checking in on dining customers for food preparation works -Monitoring inventory of all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked -Reports of daily sales particulars , reports of costs & expenses and profit & loss updates -Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner Requirements: -Secondary School Certificates or higher -Well versed in Cantonese, good command of speak and written in English -Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in Food & Beverage or in hotel industry -Ability to work and cope with various situations independently -Strong management and communication skills, dedicated, honest and responsible -Immediately available is highly preferred
