工作職責
Responsible • Welcoming guests as they arrive at the restaurant. • Managing reservations and ensuring accurate seating arrangements. • Providing guests with menus and directing them to their tables. • Handling phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner. • Assisting with take-out orders and coordinating with the kitchen staff. • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. • Communicating effectively with the serving staff to ensure smooth service. • Handling customer feedback and resolving any issues or complaints. • Cooperating with other staff members to provide excellent customer service. Requirement • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a restaurant setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. • Proficiency in using reservation management software or systems. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
