工作職責
• Provide full set of receptionist tasks; office admin and sales admin. support • Handle all incoming calls, greeting guests, courier and postal arrangements, stationery ordering, name cards and pantry supplies, etc. • Responsible for the employee attendance record • Assist in ad-hoc projects / duties as assigned Requirement : • DSE or above, 1 year relevant working experience is preferred. • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing. • Attention to details and with high accuracy in work • Immediate available is highly preferred
