工作職責
Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: To handover premise to owner for new development. To co-ordinate between the individual owners and the contractor for the defect rectification works. To assist the Manager to oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions in assigned portfolio. To handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints. To liaise with service contractors and clients to ensure quality services. To perform procurement and administrative duties. Requirements: Minimum 1 years' solid experience in property management, preferable with experience in management of residential properties; Customer-oriented and good communication skills; Familiar with Building Management Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant, and related ordinances; Able to work independently under pressure; Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing; Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Property Officer Immediately available is preferred
