Responsibilities: * Engage with customers through our hotline and email, providing outstanding service and support. * Generate regular reports on customer service metrics, contributing to our continuous improvement. * Manage sales records and handle monthly billings for our valued recurring customers. * Support daily operations and assist with administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly. * Take part in organizing engaging marketing initiatives and staff activities, fostering a vibrant team spirit. Qualifications: * A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. * Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese. * Excellent customer service skills with effective communication and presentation abilities. * We welcome passionate fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience.
