工作職責
Responsibilities: - Monitor closely shop to make sure all products, service, cleaningness etc are of Company indicated standard - Lead front line to achieve product quality and customer services standard - Inspection all shops at least once a month - Report and submit inpection report and improvement proposal and lead front line to improve accordingly - Other tasks or job duties as assigned and requested by the company - Train front line staff as according to production procedure and guideline - Ensure shops are following company direction and instructions - Execute any ad hoc projects as assigned - Other tasks or job duties as assigned and requested by the company Requirements: - at least 2 years of QC and Operation experience - At least 3 years in supervisory level in Retail, F&B and cafe field - Good communication skill, strong in negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and presentation skills & strong sense of customer focus - Strong in operation and staff training and capable to increase shop operation standard - detailed-minded, Work with enthusiasm and willing to grow with company - Capable to train and lead frontline staffs to meeting company standard and be able to pass correct company message down to frontline staff - Proficient in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Strong self-motivation, multi-tasking and numeric intelligent - Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese - May Need to work on public holiday and replacement holiday will be applied
