工作職責
Job Duties: - Handle clerical and administrative work; - Support and assist in the preparation of quotations/proposals/agreements; - Support and assist in the design and preparation of business promotion materials through electronic channels; - Handle and process sales-related statistical reports and documentation; - Coordinate sales events such as health talk and healthcare day from planning to completion with various parties; - Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints; - Liaise with clients on contract renewals; - Establish and maintain good business relationships with clients; - Communicate with internal departments and affiliated companies/networks; and - Identify opportunities for business growth; Handle ad hoc projects as required Requirements & Attributes: - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines; - Preferably with 2 years experience in administration or sales support, ideally in the service or health care industry; - Good communication and client servicing skills; - Being a Team player with good interpersonal skills; - Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task; - Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing; - Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant position; - Fresh graduates are welcome; and - Immediately available preferred
