工作職責
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor the cleanliness of the Client Center and Executive office and report anything that should to be clean to the cleaner. • Responsible for managing the stock of office supplies like pens, paper and tissue etc. at the Client Center back office, print room and Executive office (if require). • Assist porters on set-up and resume of all meeting rooms & the Multi-Purpose Room (including movable furniture tables, chairs, podium, food display tables, credenza, cocktail tables, bar tables, signage stands and floral vase, etc.) for daily events at the Client Center. • Work together with porter to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the furniture storage room. • Check and ensure that all furniture, fixtures and equipment are in good conditions and report any defects to Operation Manager. • Coordinate and review the event set-up daily with client center event coordinator / planners and communicate with porter team. • Join the daily operation meeting with catering team and weekly with Multi-media team. • Perform any ad-hoc and other related adjustment or duties as assigned by Operation Manager.
