工作職責
Responsibilities: • Perform Receptionist duties • Provide general administrative support to the office, including data input, product sample room filing and paperwork • Prepare packages for delivery to clients • Good communication and customer service who can work independently Requirements: • High Diploma or equivalent • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork handling • Candidates with artistic sense is highly preferred . ***Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred.
