Responsibilities: • Development and maintenance of building AI automation services and related big data systems. • Development and maintenance of front-end technologies that complement building AI automation services. • Proactively understand, communicate, and discuss business requirements. • Define software requirements specifications and lead team discussions. • Guide software architecture design. • Pursue industry and technological advancements. Skills: • Building Automation Systems: Understand building automation systems, including lighting, HVAC, security systems, etc. This involves hardware, software, and communication protocols. • Internet of Things (IoT): Master IoT technologies to connect building devices and achieve intelligent monitoring and management. • Energy Management: Familiarity with energy-saving technologies, such as energy monitoring, efficient lighting, solar energy, etc. • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools to extract valuable insights from building equipment.
