工作職責
Responsibilities: -Responsible for on-site support customer PC, server, network related systems and software problem; -Provide remote support services (hardware, software, application) for End Users; -Install, monitor and maintain hardware, cabling and software applications; -Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned.
