工作職責
Job descriptions Perform daily IT/Technical operation on exam services, provide first line support Projects implementation and identify, resolve and escalate issues to customer and internal parties Troubleshooting system, storage and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software incidents/problems Software and Hardware installation and maintenance for retail shops and head office staffs Assist with ad hoc projects 執行考試服務的日常IT/技術操作,提供一線支援 項目實施,發現、解決問題並將問題上報給客戶和內部各方 排除系統、存儲和網路故障,診斷和解決硬體/軟體事故/問題 為考試服務提供軟體和硬體安裝與維護支援 協助臨時專案 Job Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in IT / system administration & support Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline Basic network cabling knowledge and is an advantage Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese Independent, hardworking and self-motivated Outgoing and talkative personality would be desirable Less experience or fresh graduates are also welcome Graduates in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering Basic knowledge in network technologies, network switches and routers Basic knowledge networking and security troubleshooting This role may require working test days which will involve weekend work as part of the contracted hours 1-2 年資訊技術/系統管理和支持經驗 資訊技術/計算機科學或相關專業高級文憑或以上學歷 具備基本的網路佈線知識者優先 良好的中英文書寫和口語能力 獨立、勤奮和自我激勵 性格外向、健談者更佳 經驗不足或應屆畢業生亦可 資訊技術/計算機科學/計算機工程專業畢業生 具備網路技術、網路交換機和路由器的基本知識 具備網路和安全故障排除的基本知識
