工作職責
**Responsibilities** - Handling full spectrum of HR and office administration activities, including but not limited to policies formulation, staff recruitment and training, internal communication, equipment and furniture maintenance. various areas of business duties with internal and external parties - Maintain HR records and update all relevant data banks - Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process; - Prepare correspondences and notices, HR and administration reports - Perform general administration duties - Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned **Requirements** - Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail shop experience - Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations - A good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and problems solving skills - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese - Ability to speak Putonghua will be an added advantage - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing and Google workspace. - Immediate available is highly preferred.
