QUALIFICATIONS - Holder of diploma or equivalent - Relevant experience in hotel industry and familiar with Opera system are advantages - Familiar with scenic, heritage, daily life and activities within Shatin area - Independent, hardworking, familiar with call centre / operator procedure, willing to work on shift duties and overtime - Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese - Service-oriented, pleasant and good interpersonal skills We offer career opportunities and excellent remuneration package to the right candidate.
