Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing the actual set‑up and service of contracted functions by giving specific menu information to the team Coordinate the timing of the event with the Chef and by assigning functions to the team to ensure their success Assist in scheduling all employees to maintain the service standards while operating within budgeted labor cost guidelines Communicate directly with the hosts of functions and goes over the details of the function and build relationships with guests and team members alike through rapport and interaction Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management team 職責: 協助監督所承包的聚餐活動的實際設置和服務,向團隊及客人提供具體的菜單信息 與廚師協調活動的時間,通過分配職能給團隊來確保整個活動的成功 協助安排所有員工的工作時間,以在預算成本內維持服務標準 直接與聚餐活動的主人進行溝通,檢查活動的細節,並通過交流和互動與客人和團隊成員建立良好關係 履行管理團隊分配的其他任務或項目及日常文件處理等 Requirements: Essential to have 1 to 2 years supervisory experience on banquet service Strong organizational skill Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Possesses an eye for attention to details 要求: 必須擁有1至2年聚餐服務的管理經驗 具有強大的組織能力 優秀的人際關係和溝通技巧 注重細節 Office Location: Wong Chuk Hang 工作地點: 黃竹坑站1分鐘路程
