工作職責
Job Responsibilities: -Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Chairman - Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule and business travel arrangements -Accompany the Chairman to business meetings and assist in client relationship management -Handling daily administrative tasks -Flexibility to work beyond office hours if necessary Job Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree or above, experience in the logistics industry is preferred -Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written), capable of handling international affairs and documents -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities -Strong organizational and multitasking skills
