工作職責
Work closely with sales team to develop event & production projects for clients • Manage event logistics, such as venue bookings, catering, equipment and site setup with various stakeholders, including vendors, venues, agencies and internal teams, to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment • Monitor and maintain platforms in enquiries, requests and promotions • Coordinate with various stakeholders to promptly follow up on and efficiently resolve any issues • Build and maintain good relationships with clients and providing updates • Handle clients and projects, including obtaining client's project requirements • Collect and analyze post-event feedback to continuously improve processes • Provide clerical support, coordinate events and other related tasks Qualifications & experience • Higher Diploma or above • Proficiency in Cantonese, an advantage for proficient Putonghua and English • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated with positive attitude and strong mindset to drive results • Customer Oriented, attentive, & well-organized • Be able to work independently and as a team Benefits • 5-day Work • Flexible Work Time • Medical Insurance • Performance Bonus • Public Holidays • On-the-job Training
