工作職責
- Mainly responsible for the daily operation of Multiple online eShop (product listing, marketing, pre/post sales enquiries, overseas warehouse logistics management, returns prodecure, repair and maintenance follow up) - Handle customer enquiries on products features, order status, logistics related issue and warranty. Job Requirements: - Degree holder in e-Commerce / Marketing / Logistics / Supply Chain or other business-related preferable Must be Proficient in written communication skills in English - Experience in opearting eShop is preferred - One year or more relevant working experience - Candidates with less experience will be considered as E-commerce assistant - Immediate Available is preferred - Base salary + 5 days work + bank holidays + year-end performance bonus
