My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Customer Support Representative Responsibilities: Provide assistance to customers via calls, emails and webchat in a timely and professional manner. Process quotation/order submitted by customers. Handle customer enquiries and complaints on sales related issues. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Associate degree holder or above. 1 year of work experience in customer service is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Applications. Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must. Good at English and Chinese typing will be an advantage. Immediate availability is preferred.
