工作職責
Responsibilities: - Provide all-rounded clerical and administrative support to Import / Export Department including data entry, filing and documentation and replenishment of materials - Perform secretarial duties to the Department - Handle daily routine accounting duties and banking functions - Answer customers' general enquiries - Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned Requirements: - DSE or above - Minimum 2 years relevant working experience - Familiar with MS Office applications, Chinese Word Processing and English typing - Good interpersonal and communication skills, preferably with experience in customer service field - Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin - Able to work independently with high efficiency - Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and a good team player The working location is at Kwun Tong (King Yip Street).
