工作職責
Responsibilities - Provide high-quality concierge services - Polite and pleasant with good communication skills - Provide high-quality customer service - Build, maintain and strengthen relationships between the company and customers for sales opportunities at a different level - Support the daily operation and participate in ad hoc assignments Requirements - Tertiary Education or above - Preference to candidates that have 1-2 years’ experience in Sales or Customer Services - Willing to work on Shift Duty ( 8:45 am - 5:45 pm Or 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm) - Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays - Good spoken and written in English, Chinese & Putonghua - Proficient in MS Office applications - Fresh Graduates with strong interest will also be considered
