工作職責
• Loyalty Program Management: Develop and oversee customer loyalty initiatives to encourage repeated purchases, increase retention, and boost engagement. • Content Management: Create and manage content across various platforms to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. • Event Marketing: Plan and execute cross-brand events to promote our products and strengthen customer relationships. • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and insights that can be leveraged to improve customer service and loyalty programs. • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions aimed at engaging and retaining customers.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare industry.
Strong customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with different customers.
Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
