We are seeking an experienced, high energy, creative professional to manage our restaurant bar. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing drinks & cocktails; Scheduling, training, development and oversight of all bar staff; Observing and enforcing company standard operating procedures; Stock level monitoring & reordering; Ensuring all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
