工作職責
• To assist in drawing up the sales & marketing plan annually with the Hotel Manager. • To keep a record on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them. • Organize regular visits in accordance with a predetermined plan. • Prepare a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related activities for the preceding month. • Present a summary of guest visits to the Hotel Manager on a weekly basis i.e. Weekly Sales Plan. • Communicate and build up a good linkage between both guest and internal operating departments to ensure guest’s satisfaction. • Closely observe matters pertaining to competition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular basis - quarterly or more often if need be).
