• Manage and handle the operational aspects of payment transactions, including but not limited to the provision of services and operational support,and also learn and become familiar with POS terminal operations • Familiar with all the districts in Hong Kong ,provide professional advice and on-site assistance to front-line units and merchants, in which you are expected to provide such services in merchants’ premises • Manage and accomplish tasks within time limit and complete other tasks assigned by superiors • Maintain good communication with other divisions and answer inquiries about their daily operations • Manage, process and follow up day-to-day operational matters
