What you'll be doing: •Coordinate and provide the setup of new POS hardware and software at restaurant locations; •Configure menu, system settings and provide comprehensive training to users and collect feedback on product usage; •Provide remote and on-site support to users for technical support including troubleshooting, incident and problem identification, and resolution during early customer life cycle; •Demonstrate features and benefits of our system, enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth with new business; •Answer customers’ inquiries through live chat and in- coming call; •Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction levels; •Gather feedback from restaurant staff and management to identify areas for system optimization and workflow improvements; •Participate in any related projects. Who we are looking for: •Higher Diploma or above; •1-2 years related working experience (Welcome Graduates to Apply); •Experience in customer service or F&B sector is an advantage; •Interested in POS system or F&B industry; •Independent, customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; •Willing to deal with emergency issues and perform outdoor work; •Good command of spoken and written Cantonese; •Proficient in English and Chinese Word Processing is a MUST.
