K-POP Sales Event Assistant (Temp)

Job descriptions: - Date: Dec 26, 2024 to Feb 20, 2025 - Location: New Territories West - Employment: Temp job - Working hours: 11:00am - 9:00pm (9 hours with 1 unpaid meal hours) - Working days: 2-4 days a week on roster basis covering weekends and public holidays. - Salary: HK$70.0 per hour + Performance bonus (past reference: Max. 20% for top rating) Job responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer engagement and product recommendations to customers. - Provide security supervision of the venue, items, and products. - Promote event and products at store and on social media prepare marketing materials. - Handle inventory stock take, refills and packing. - Assist with event setup and tear-down as well as organization of merchandise displays and inventories. - Handle e-payment transactions and cashier operations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event area throughout the duration of the event. - Collaborate with the event management team to ensure a smooth and positive working environment and experience for all. - Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor. Job requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and to-do attitude. - Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service and performing sales engagements. - Ability to speak Cantonese and other languages, e.g., Korean, English, and Mandarin Chinese is preferred. - Passionate, positive, and creative. - Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred. - Long-term project temp job employment is preferred. - K-pop or SVT fans are welcomed!
