工作職責
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to sales team daily operation; 2. Handle general clerical work; 3. Processing sales orders and invoices by inputting data into system accurately; 4. Participate in various outdoor sales events (exhibition, sales booth); 5. Handle customer enquiries and follow up duties; 6. Support ad hoc duties as and when required. Requirements: 1. Form 5 or above; 2. Preferably with 1 year relevant experience, fresh graduate will also be considered; 3. Good PC knowledge and Chinese word processing; 4. Good interpersonal and communication skills; 5. Responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, outgoing with good service manner; 6. Immediate available is preferred.
