Job Highlights / 工作摘要 - Handle overall store activities 處理分店日常營運 - 2 years’ relevant experience in retail stores operations 2年零售店營運相關經驗 - Performance allowance 業務指標獎金 Responsibilities / 職責 - Monitor and support shops operation, and standardize all the workflow 監督和支援分店運營,並標準化所有工作流程 - Review sales and product performance and ensure the team is familiar with the product knowledge for improving sales performance by implementing changes adequately 檢視銷售和產品績效,確保團隊熟悉產品知識,透過適當調整以提高銷售績效 - Assess the performance of all team members on a timely manner and provide them feedback for improvement, properly manage staff deployment 及時評估所有團隊成員的表現,並向他們提供改進回饋,妥善管理人員部署 - Coordinate with District Manager to ensure smooth operation especially during events/ peak days 與區域經理協調,確保店舖運作暢順,特別是在活動/高峰日子 - Work with other teams to plan/adapt product display and participate in planning seasonal promotions/ shop changes 與其他團隊合作規劃並落實產品展示,參與規劃季節性促銷/店舖陳列變更。 Requirements / 要求: - 2 years or above experience in shop management 2年或以上店舖管理經驗 - Positive working attitude, enthusiastic and willing to take on new challenges 積極的工作態度,有熱誠並願意接受新挑戰 - Computer literacy in MS Office and POS System is required 需具備 MS Office 和 POS 系統的電腦知識 - Good communication skills, customer-service and teamwork-oriented mindset 良好的溝通技巧、客戶服務和團隊合作精神 - Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage 良好中文語文書寫及口語能力,包括普通話 - Willing to work in shift during weekends and public holidays 願意於週末和公眾假期,輪班工作
