工作職責

-To prepare and set tables and waiter stations in accordance with standard provided -To support all service and bar staff in their service procedure -To adhere to company service standards in all regards -To support, encourage and assist junior servers -To facilitate order taking and cash handling in an efficient and accurate way and process into POS station as well as relay these to service personnel or management -To co-ordinate the timeliness of all food & beverage service -To transport food to guests and to clear and return used utensils and equipment to steward area -To support with transportation and relocation of equipment and furniture to ready event and club spaces -To have good menu and product knowledge and to be able to confidently communicate this to subordinates, members and their guests -To be well informed about the club, membership and its facilities -To be knowledgeable of common allergies and dietary specifications and to be able to effectively facilitate communication between guests/members and culinary team -Ad-hoc job as assigned
