工作職責
Key responsibilities: - Oversee sales performance, achieve sales target and control cost - Define and deploy sales strategies to maintain the competitive edge of the business and maximize business opportunities - Review store operation performance for maximizing efficiencies and productivity - Regular store visits to ensure sales and service excellence, share best practices amongst all locations - Work with marketing team to foster the execution of planned promotion and marketing activities - Champion customer experience to deliver excitement and to exceed customer expectations - Prepare regular reports on sales performance analysis - Monitor and motivate the team, identify staff development needs and to develop staff training plans and schedule Requirement: - Bachelor or above in related disciplines - Minimum of 7 years’ experience in retail industry and team management - Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skill - Analytical mindset, data-sensitive to drive decision-making - Good organizational and planning skills - Good command of both written & spoken Chinese and English - Business acumen, proactive, self-resourceful and result-driven - Candidate with more experience will be considered as higher position - Immediate available would be advantage Attractive remuneration package including 5-day work, bank holiday, monthly performance bonus, year-end bonus, group medical and excellent career prospects will be offered to the right candidate.
