工作職責
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Forever Jewels. This position focus on sales administrative support and coordinate courier arrangements, ensuring smooth operations across multiple functions. Responsibilities: • Support daily sales administration activities (e.g., sales quotations and invoices, contracts, pricing tariffs, and product specifications etc.) • Assist Sales Manager on clients' enquiries and requests in professional manner • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support customers' orders to ensure smooth and timely delivery • Responsible for courier arrangement on sample delivery for customers and handle shipping documents; including preparation of invoices and packing lists; • Maintain shipping records and perform clerical support • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: • Diploma or above qualification • A team player and must have aptitude working with different cultures • Passionate in Jewellery industry • Self-motivated, logical thinking and able to work under pressure • Strong communication skills with high proficiency in both writing and spoken English and Mandarin
