Our Central studio is currently hiring sales professionals, who are passionate about the art of ear piercing! Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a strong sense of selling skills and contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive and team oriented. - Strong partnership and communication with teammates. - Proactively achieve and maximize sales, build and maintain new and existing customer relationships - Support studio operation and administration, ensure all aspects at the top quality - Adhere to all sales and operational policies and procedures, inventory management and provide assistance when necessary with operational and back of house activities - As an ambassador of Labret and maintain store presentation standards Education & Skills: - F.5 or above - 1 year experience in retail, experience with jewelry, ear piercing or beauty service business is a plus - Strong personal selling and customer relations skill sales driven and goals oriented - Good communication skills: English, Cantonese and Putonghua - Ability to work in a dynamic environment; prioritize and excellent follow-up skills
