工作職責: • 以專業態度招待客人, 介紹會所內設施及會籍資料 • 接聽電話及處理客人查詢 • 收集會員意見及提供專業和高質素的客戶服務,以保持與會員的良好關係 • 經常巡查場地設施, 保持會所整潔 • 日常文書工作, 處理合約文件跟進及有關工作 • 有需時協助處理特別項目及協助總經理處理公司日常事務 •Provide quality customer service • data entry, filing and administration work • update information on our website and FACEBOOK • answer enquiries through phone, email or face to face • maintain daily operation of hotline office and the membership database • handle daily operation tasks such as members registration and membership renewal
