Purchasing Assistant

工作職責

Responsibilities:  Liaise with suppliers, forwarders and internal merchandisers for delivery arrangement  Responsible for product ordering, allocation, sales forecast & stores ranging/ online platforms in order to maximise sales and minimise costs  To analyse sales performances and inventory reports in daily/weekly/monthly basis  Source potential suppliers and select new products to fulfill market needs  Build long term relationships with suppliers  Minimize excess inventories and avoid supply chain disruptions through consumer trends, historical sales and seasonality data  Prepare distribution orders  Support new business initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required Requirements:  Strong analytical mindset with effective numerical skills  Proficiency in Excel to manage and analyse data  Customer-oriented mentality with excellent interpersonal skills and a team player  Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, organize, good numerical sense with strong business acumen  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese  Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing  Immediate available is highly preferred
