工作職責
Responsibilities: •Responsible for AIR / SEA import shipments •Handle full set of documents & operations •Invoicing and verification of incoming invoices •Co-ordinate with customers/overseas agents •Maintain daily communication with overseas offices •Import / Export declaration Requirements: •Customer oriented with good interpersonal & communication skills • At least 2 year experience in freight forwarding company will be an advantage; •Knowledge of import operations would be an asset •Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English •Mature and responsible, good team player and self-motivated • Fresh graduate will be considered as Import Customer Service Clerk • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Import Customer Service Officer • Immediately available preferred
