工作職責
Responsibilities: - Provide consistent, high quality beverage and service to guests - Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product menu and make recommendations to guests - Ensure the proper handling storage and rotation of all beverage inventory adhering to food safety and hygiene standards - Assist with daily opening or closing procedures of the bar including glassware, equipment and bar surfaces -Perform any other duties and special projects Requirements: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience as bartender, lesser experience will be considered to be Junior Bartender - Good beverage presentation skills including cocktail mixing, pouring and presentation - A creative, hands on team player - Good command of spoken English and Cantonese.
