Job Duty
Our client is a multinational toys buying office Requirements: - targeting student studying in universities in HK - studying HR - good presentation and communication in both English and Mandarin - strong in Word, Excel, vlook up, Pivot Table and PowerPoint. Job Duties: - Conduct research on market best practices, industry trends and market date to support global P&C initiatives/projects. - Analyze and compile data to support P&C strategies and decision-making. - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials. - Support and assist LD sessions and workshops, ccoordinate with trainers and facilitators to ensure smooth execution of training programs. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding LD programs and schedules - Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
