Job Duty

Job Responsibilities: Prepare and serve beverages like coffee, matcha, and hojicha drinks to our high standards. Plate, decorate, and add toppings to desserts (cheesecakes and ice creams) before serving. Assist with customer orders, payments, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe. Learn from our Cafe Manager through hands-on training in beverage preparation and operations. Requirements: Experience in a cafe or food service role; barista skills are a plus but not required (training provided). Attention to detail for beverage crafting and dessert presentation. Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong teamwork skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
