Responsibilities: - Coordinate with our logistics partners to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders. - Process customer orders swiftly and accurately, verifying order and payment details for accuracy and completeness. - Assist the operations team to accurately pack and ship orders. - Assist with inventory management of products. Your Skills: - Native proficiency for both written and spoken Mandarin and English. - Attention to detail and accuracy in packing, processing customer orders, verifying information, and maintaining records. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple patient interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
