我們正在尋找一位充滿熱情且經驗豐富的數位鋼琴老師加入我們的團隊。理想的候選人應具有深厚的音樂教育背景並精通數位鋼琴技術。 We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Piano Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and proficiency in digital piano techniques. Responsibilities: - 進行一對一和團體鋼琴課程 - 根據每個學生的需求制定個人化的課程計劃 - 提供建設性的回饋與指導，幫助學生進步 - 幫助學生為獨奏會、考試和表演做好準備 - 隨時了解新的教學方法和技術 - Conduct one-on-one and group piano lessons - Develop individualized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve - Prepare students for recitals, exams, and performances - Keep up-to-date with new teaching techniques and technologies Qualifications: - 文憑（ABRSM 或 Trinity）或以上 - 鋼琴教學/數位媒體教學經驗 - 熟練演奏和教授數位鋼琴 - 有教學經驗者優先 - 較強的溝通及人際溝通能力 - 耐心、創造力和對教學的熱情 - Diploma (ABRSM or Trinity) or above - Experience in piano teaching / digital media teaching - Proficiency in playing and teaching the digital piano - Prior teaching experience is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching
