職位名稱：客戶服務助理(短期) 每週2-3天 工作時間為 0900-1800/1300-2200 （含用膳時間） 崗位內容 於前線櫃檯接待住戶，Check-in/check-out 處理各類查詢及投訴，提供專業、友善及高效的客戶服務 支援日常管理工作及一般文書行政工作 協助活動安排 協助主管完成其他臨時指派之任務，確保辦公室運作順暢高效 具備中學畢業或以上學歷（中六／DSE／同等資格），持副學士或大專文憑者優先 具備1年以上客戶服務或物業管理相關工作經驗，有住宅物業管理經驗者尤佳 具備優秀的粵語、英語及普通話溝通能力，能以三語應對住戶及協作同事 熟練操作Microsoft Office系列軟件（Word、Excel、Outlook等），具備中文文字處理能力 服務導向，態度親切主動，具備良好人際技巧、耐心及解決問題能力 細心負責，具備基本會計概念及數據處理意識，能獨立處理日常文書工作 須為香港永久性居民，或持有「頂尖人才通行證計劃」（TTPS）、「優才計劃」（QMAS）、「非本地畢業生留港/回港就業安排」（IANG）、「受養人簽證」或其他有效在港工作許可 能即時到職者優先考慮
