Job Duty

入職要求 Job Requirements： 1) 具教學熱誠 Passionate in teaching 2) 大專程度或以上 Acquisition of Tertiary Education Level or above 3) 有責任感、愛心和耐性 Cooperative, cheerful, responsible and patient 工作性質 Work Nature： 1) 主要教導4歲至18歲的學生 (馬鞍山) Providing Mathematics tuition to small groups of children aged 4 - 18 in Ma On Shan 2) 建立良好關係定期與家長溝通 Assessing and reporting student progress to parents regularly 3) 整理學生教材、教材預備及跟進學生進度 Marking assignments and preparing teaching materials based on students' progress 薪酬待遇 What We Offer： 1) 5天工作 ($17K - 27K) 5 days working hours per week 2) 底薪 ( 數學科每多一粒星，底薪額外上調 $1500，上限$4000 ) : 少於1年全職小學教學經驗# : $17K + 獎金 1 年全職小學教學經驗# : $19K + 獎金 1 年或以上 全職小學教學經驗# + 1年 i-Math 經驗: $22K + 獎金 3) 循序漸進的工作培訓及完善教材 Systematic training and well-structured teaching materials 4) 獎金 Incentive bonuses 5) 良好晉升機會 Promised career prospects 6) 不 OT 的工作環境 Working environment w/o overtime working requests 註：晉升機會為由初級導師至資深導師，後至分校合伙人 Career advancements: From Junior Tutor to Senior Tutor, all the way to Center Manager or Partner. # 須是補習社或正規學校經驗，但不包括私人上門補習
