Job Title: Wealth Management Manager Key Responsibilities - Financial Advisory: Assist the team in providing professional financial planning and advisory services. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sustainable sales performance. - Needs Analysis: Assess and analyze client needs across finance, insurance, and banking. - Comprehensive Exposure: Gain hands-on experience in wealth management, risk management, and relationship management. - Bespoke Solutions: Tailor investment strategies for high-net-worth clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Requirements & Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree holder. - Client-Centric: Strong ability to accurately identify and respond to clients' financial needs. - Passionate & Driven: Highly motivated toward wealth management, with strong self-discipline, responsibility, and a goal-oriented mindset. - No Experience Required: Fresh graduates and career-switchers welcome; full training and mentorship provided. - Language Proficiency: Fluent Cantonese is required, with good spoken and written English and Mandarin. - Work Authorization: Legally eligible to work in Hong Kong (Permanent Resident, TTPS, QMAS, IANG, Dependent Visa, or other valid work permits).
