Job Duty

Assist Head Chef in the development and organization of Western culinary menus Oversee the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and ensure food is consistently prepared, and maintain order and standard according to established recipes and specifications Assist the Head Chef in mentoring and supervising kitchen staff maintain and setting quality control, hygiene and food safety standards Requirement Over 5 to 8 years knowledge of Western culinary techniques and cuisine Mexican and Latin American culinary traditions preferred but not necessary Excellent communication and good team spirit under pressure Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and responsible Proficient in spoken English Working Location: Discovery Bay with transport allowance, valid HKID is required.
