Senior Floral Designer

Job Duty

Job Responsibilities -Lead the design and development of artificial floral collections, from initial concept to final product. -Analyze and translate US and EU market trends into commercially successful product designs. -Collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing, and Sales teams to oversee the sample development process from concept to prototype. -Present design concepts, collections, and market insights to key US and European clients and to senior management. -Participate in artificial floral trade shows and exhibitions. -Work directly with the Creative Director on business strategy and take on leadership responsibilities. Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Floral Design, Product Design, or a related field. -Floral design certifications or specialized training in artificial floral arrangement is preferred. -A minimum of 10 years of professional experience and proven track record in artificial floral, silk flower, or faux botanical design. -Experience with artificial floral OEM/ODM manufacturing processes. -Strong capabilities in market research and trend analysis. -Deep understanding of the US and/or EU floral markets, including consumer preferences, seasonal trends and market dynamics. -Understand global artificial floral supply chain and sourcing. -Proficiency with digital design tools; experience with AI platforms is a plus. -Fluency in English and conversational proficiency in Mandarin are required. -Willing to work in China (Zhongshan). -Immediately available is a plus.
